Description
On this tour visit main Athens monuments and the surrounding islands. Visit Acropolis and its museum. Spend a day on board and enjoy the beautiful Greek sun, fresh air from Saronic Gulf, feed the seagulls, dance with international and folkloric sounds. Visit the most significant archaeological site of all antiquity considered by the ancient Greeks to be the navel of the earth – Delphi.
Itinerary

DAY 1
ARRIVE ATHENS.
Upon arrival in Athens, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Balance of the day is at leisure.
DAY 2
ATHENS/CAPE SOUNION/ATHENS.
Morning sightseeing tour of Athens, including a visit to the awesome Acropolis, Parthenon, Erechtheum, and Acropolis Museum.
Drive past the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Royal Palace, Panathenian Olympic Stadium, Temple of Zeus, and lots more.
In the afternoon, you’ll drive down the coast to Cape Sounion dominated by the spectacular Temple of Poseidon.
Return to Athens in the early evening.
DAY 3
ATHENS/DELPHI/ATHENS
A full day excursion by coach to Delphi. Visit the Museum of Delphi and the surrounding archaeological sites.
DAY 4
ATHENS/CRUISE/ATHENS
Transfer to your one day cruise ship, sailing to Aegina, Hydra and Poros, with lunch served on board.
DAY 5
ATHENS
Arrangements terminate with breakfast at the hotel.

Wear
Casual dressing.
Most sites in Greece involve extended walking and/or slippery surfaces.
Therefore we strongly suggest wearing comfortable sturdy shoes.
Sunscreen, hat and water are also good “travel companions”.
