Arrive in Chania.
Upon arrival in Chania, you will be met and transferred to your hotel, where you will spend the next three nights. Balance of the day is at leisure.

Overnight in Chania.

Scuba diving plus snorkeling plus boat trip

Explore crystal clear waters in a majestic location!
Duration 5 hours

In this program after the theoretical training that you will have in our dive center, you are going to do a very nice boat trip with two different stops at Agios Onoufrios area.

At the first stop you have the chance to get a unique snorkeling experience in a cave, for about an hour and then we go in an open water area with full of marine life, sponges, corals, fishes, some turtles and lot more, where you are going to dive. It is also a suitable program for you and your family or your friends where you can be all together in the same boat trip and some of you want to dive and some want to do only snorkeling! Please keep in mind: Every scuba or snorkeling experience we offer, depends on the weather conditions, so sometimes the program and the diving places might change.

Description: One of the most famous places to see on Crete is the Samaria Gorge, Europe’s largest gorge. This National Park is 18kms long with unbelievable natural beauty. The gorge is rich with many endemic flowers & herbs with crystal clear spring water flowing from the mountains. – you can even refill your water bottles with it! Itinerary - The trip starts with an early pick up from the nearest point to your accommodation (between 05.30 -06.30) and drive through the mountains passing the plateau of Omalos to the wooden stairs at the start of the gorge Arrival at approx. 07.30 The walk should take at least 6-7 hours (if walk slowly & look around to enjoy) You can refill your water bottles during the walk at the specific springs. Once finished, ample time for a swim in the Lybian Sea & have lunch [not included] at a taverna in Agia Roumeli. In the evening hours the ferry boat leaves for Sougia Coach ride from Sougia to the north coast. Arrival back at the pick-up point at approximately 20:00-20.30

PLEASE NOTE: As this tour involves walking through a gorge, trekking shoes are recommended as well as light clothing, please do not forget your towel, swimming suit, sunglasses, and sun cream & hat. We suggest only to carry 1 bottle of water, as you can fill it up in different points of the gorge. Chania - Knossos Palace - Heraklion

We leave Chania today to go to Heraklion.
Heraklion is the largest city and the administrative capital of the island of Crete. It is one of the largest cities in Greece. The Venetians improved on the ditch of the city by building enormous fortifications, most of which are still in place.

Visit Knossos and step back in time and some 4000 years, to 2000 BC. Knossos and her Palace, famous throughout the world through the myths of Europa, the Minotaur, the Labyrinth and Theseus, Daedalus and Ikarus, will open us a window to the most ancient civilization of Europe and its reality you can’t miss.

This morning you will be transferred to Heraklion port for the hydrofoil to Santorini.
Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.

Morning hike “The Caldera Trail” from Fira to Oia, the most scenic hike on the island of Santorini.

The path starts from the capital city of the island, Fira, it will lead you to Oia walking through the villages of Firostefani and Imerovigli. The greater part of the path is on the rim of the Caldera. Following this path affords a gorgeous view to the famous volcano and the Aegean Sea and allows visitors to see the four most important villages of the island.

Wear

Casual dressing.
Most sites in Greece involve extended walking and/or slippery surfaces.
Therefore we strongly suggest wearing comfortable sturdy shoes.
Sunscreen, hat and water are also good “travel companions”.
